Biting Biting Island or Pulau Inderasakti in the designation historical sources, is a small island which is approximately 6 km from the town of Tanjung Pinang, Riau Islands Province of central government. The island, measuring approximately 2,500 meters x 750 meters, and is approximately 35 miles from the island of Batam. This island can be addressed by using a boat, or better known bot bot pompong. By using a bot pompong, requiring travel time of approximately 15 minutes.
